2 pieces in a package, vacuum sealed for freshness. A variety of front and hind shanks. Perfectly braised lamb shanks are great any time of the year. If you love braised meat then this is for you. Each pack is approximately 700-900g.
 
Delivery options vary from on-farm pickup or doorstep delivery to Calgary every Thursday. The Cut off for ordering is Monday for the same week delivery.
Delivery throughout Alberta will be approx 10 days. You will receive an email confirmation to confirm.
