Lamb Merguez Sausage

Merguez is a sausage made with uncooked lamb stuffed into a hog casing. It is heavily spiced with cumin and chili pepper or harissa, which give it its characteristic piquancy and red color, as well as other spices such as sumac, fennel and garlic.
 
Approx. 1 lb packages - 5 sausages per package.
All are made with ingredients you know and trust. No fillers are used. 
 
Delivery options vary from on-farm pickup or doorstep delivery to Calgary every Thursday. The cut-off for ordering is Monday for the same week delivery.
Delivery throughout Alberta will be approximately 10 days. You will receive an email confirmation to confirm.
